So, we sat down with Ellie + Jordan to talk about their big day and how Lulu Events was instrumental in making it all happen for the iconic bride and groom.

You heard it here first— no wedding is the same. Sure, timelines could be similar, and aesthetics could inspire one another, but no couple is the same. Therefore, every couple uniquely signs their wedding day. The Stallings were absolutely no exception.

When the couple decided on their dream venue at The Cummer Museum in Jacksonville, Florida, they began to search for a planner that would support them in honoring the inherent beauty of the venue while creating a space that felt like home for them and their closest loved ones.

Both the bride and groom come from families that exemplify devotion and connection. The couple wanted to create a space that honored the close ties between both families, creating a beautiful blend of one big devoted, and connected family. With this, our goal was clear— curate a timeless space that beautifully hosted conversation, connection, and celebration of the bride and groom.

The couple said “I do” in a gorgeous ceremony space along the coastline of the St. John’s River. For family reunions and exciting introductions, we curated an outdoor Cocktail Hour Lounge where guests could get cozy while celebrating the couple’s matrimony. As time welcomed the reception, the interior dinner space featured statement lighting complimented neutral accents and pops of black.

One of our favorite parts of this beautiful day is the indoor and outdoor space utilization. As the party began, guests had a stunning outdoor dance floor to dance the night away with the newlyweds. As the couple revisited the day, our beautiful bride couldn’t believe the night went so fast! The couple rang in the beginning of forever with their favorite people, what a way to celebrate your marriage!

Mr. and Mrs. Stallings began their journey with Lulu Events with a blurry vision of what they defined as perfect. They weren’t sure where to start to guarantee the perfect day.
