Kevin and Daniella’s wedding this past April felt clear and beautifully written from the very start. They knew what mattered to them and where to focus their energy. Music, food, culture and just enjoying time with each other and their guests were at the center. In every aspect, it was very easy to fall in love with their vision.

They met during their sophomore year of college through a connection that seemed casual at the time but ended up shaping their story. Who would have guessed a Chipotle first date and a shared circle of friends would lead to this moment nearly ten years later?

“The planning process made it easy to see our ideas come together without losing sight of what really mattered,” Daniella said. Coming from out of town, having Vicki as their planner made all the difference. She was able to take their ideas and make them practical while keeping the day running smoothly. Clear communication, regular check-ins, and trusted local vendors kept everything on track and stress-free.

Their wedding design mixed classic Spanish architecture with bold sunset colors, greenery and a lively (and very colorful) energy that lasted the whole night. Small personal touches stood out, like postcards for guests to write notes on and drop into a mailbox for Kevin and Daniella to read after the day.

On the day itself, everything ran smoothly. Kevin and Daniella came in with everything they needed and were able to enjoy each moment without worrying about details. Vicki and her team quietly checked in when needed. “It was just so easy,” Daniella said. “Everything was taken care of, and we could focus on being in the moment with each other and our guests.”

As with their vision, their story was just as easy to fall in love with. Months later we still look back at their wedding day and see what careful planning, clear priorities and trust can create a day full of moments and precious details that genuinely matter.
